Kaiser| Bursa Light Rail System (Metro) Phase II Consultancy and Inspection Services

About 9 km. The roject started in 2008 with the contract signed. Kaiser served in Bursa Metropolitan Municipality in the fields of Construction Supervision, Engineering, Project Management and Consultancy. Within the scope of Phase 2, there is a 6.5 km line between the existing Small Industry Station and Uludağ University Station, and 2.3 km long lines between the Organized Industrial Station located in the North and the Labor Zone.
In Project Scope;

Construction, Electro-Mechanical, Engineering, Consultancy and Supervision services were performed for 8 stations, 2 of which are semi-buried, 1 transformer building and public transportation transfer areas.
New vehicle parking lines to be added to OMC (Operation and Maintenance) area have been constructed for the vehicles to be purchased in the section between Small Industry and University stations.
In Project Scope;

Construction Works (Drilling Tunnel, Open-Close Tunnel, Various Art Structures, Drainage Lines, Infrastructure Displacements, Line Superstructure, Building Works, Stations, Road and Junction Arrangements, Bridge and Culvert Crossings), Mechanical Installation Works (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) , Sanitary, Escalators, Fire Protection Installations, Hydraulic Disabled Platforms and Elevators, Compressed Air Installations, Line Road); Electrical Installation Works (Station, Transformer, Line Road) and so on. and Electromechanical Works (Power Supply and Electrification, Signalization, Communication and Control System, CCTV System, Anans System, Radio System, SCADA System, Clock System).
Maximum sensitivity has been shown for the integration of the systems and necessary revisions have been made in the first stage system. Vehicle consultancy works related to the purchase of additional 30 bellows vehicles which will work on the line have been completed. Required Test, Acceptance Procedures, Training, Documentation and Quality Control processes have been completed successfully.
The line, whose work started in 2008, was completed in 2011 and opened for service.
